El Metropolitan Museum of Art de Nueva York ha puesto en funcionamiento una sección de documentos sobre Arte en Abierto, en total son unos 375 documentos entre libros, artículos de revistas y monográficos temáticos sobre una gran variedad de culturas de todo el mundo.
